These beautiful bookends feature the orthoceras, a conical cephalopod with a straight shell. It's the ancestor of the squid, and it existed during the Ordovician period about 500 million years ago. Our bookends are highly polished with raised specimens. They are a very elegant way to display your books. They measure approximately 7.5" H, 7.25" W, and 2.25" D. Each set is uniquely different.
